My particular csr was pleasant and thorough today. Although the wait was quite long I actually did not feel demeaned nor belittled today.

Very unprofessional, they do not want to help people, who are trying to help themselves. Should be renamed to non-human services.  Quit your job and get all the help, try to help yourself and get nothing.  They care nothing about helping others.
