Human Services Department

They think that they are making it easier to assist people at the Department of Human Services but it really isn't cuz the best time to go is when it first open in the morning at 8 and then you still have to sit and wait after you sign in because there's either only one person at one window helping somebody and the crowd is getting bigger. Then they will finally send another person and it will only be two windows open this is what I experience every time I go in there but I may be wrong and I don't have no problem admitting that if anybody else has went in there and there was more than two windows open hit like and let me know!

They never answer the phone.there always leaving people in waiting room for hours they just don't give a rats ass what if someone w one was dying I wounder if they would even would call Em's they probably wouldnt even come out to the waiting

They do thier best. Nice people.

waiting time is beyond painful. spent almost 2 hrs (to be exact 1 hr and 45min-had to walk out)to be seen, and only had two windows open. need faster service less wait time
