literally impossible to get them to pick up the phone after they start the day. I was able to get an answer ONCE BEFORE they were even 'open', but i've been calling 5-7 times a day every day before lunches even begin and no one will ever pick up the damn phone. When I go up there, there is a whole office full of people. It's not that hard. Awful, Awful human resources dept. Sure would be bad if something were to actually happen and they were NEEDED.

Nice people but slow

One woman at the window was very rude and rushed me and did not even give me any info because she was so rude ready to leave for the day.  The other woman answered the phone and could not give any info sue to her dealing with a customer instead of telling me to hold on or transferring me she rushed in giving me half ass info and then hung up. Now I have been calling them for three days now and no one is picking up. How are these people even working in the positions they are in when the positions require customer service and they should get a BIG FAT "F".  No one should be allowed  to be the n that position if they cannot so thiwr job which is help people. GET IT TOGETHER!
