Apparently, there's not much of a "bench" for when workers don't show.

Terrible company,a bunch of liars

Stay away from this place it's a care company for your loved ones  I worked for them they stole my hours and my pay checks never payed me right took me 3 or 4 times of begging just to get my full check never getting it all at once they would drag it out over 4 or 5 days till this last pay where they stole 27 hours from me this was the final straw I quit and went to a much better place but if this company will steal it's employees money what does that tell you about the employees this company could be taking from your loved ones as they did me. Find a new care giver ASAP. Their thieves they over work their employees then refuse to pay them what they owe them. RUN
