Dermatology Center: Edwards Byron C MD

Dr. Byron Edwards has been my dermatologist for at least 10 years. Aside from the fact that he is very thorough each time I visit, the best thing about him is that he spends the extra time to get to know his patients on a personal level. He knows what we talked about on the last visit, what I do for a living, what skin problems I've had in the past, etc. The rest of the office staff is friendly and professional, too. I also like that I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be called back from the waiting room. That's a big thing too! I highly recommend Dr. Edwards and his staff.

Doctor Edwards has been a lifesaver. I never write reviews because I usually don't care but he has time after time figured out my ailments and helped me with scin conditions I had during pregnancy. He even gave me free samples so I didn't have to pay for perscriptions. I really appreciated his kindness and easy-going attitude.

I love Dr Byron! I never have insurance (gasp).. and I'm a lifelong dedicated water (and sun) baby. I surf, I dive, I live abroad. No way to protect my skin all the time no matter the SPF; I'm always fearing the worst when I finally drag myself into a medical office. but Dr Edwards always takes The Best care of me, with minimal yet thorough procedures or exams & happy outcomes. He's the only one I trust with my skin. Thanks Dr B!!

Dr. Edwards is great. He’s smart, has great bedside manner, and his office staff is really friendly. I highly recommend this office for any dermatology needs. Bonus: they’re great with kids too!

If I could leave negative stars I would. I called to make an appointment, telling them I had a lot of skin issues and would like a long appointment. The receptionist told me that would be fine and to come in 15 minutes early so I could have a longer appointment. My appointment was at 9:30, I showed up at 9:10, and left at 9:34. The doctor was half way out the door with every question I asked, he was very short with me, he didn't even explain anything before he started removing moles. He told me I would receive a call within a week to find out if my moles were cancerous, I hadn't received a call within 2 weeks and had to call in. From the time I got there I could tell the doctor wanted me out, same with the receptionist. I will not be coming back, I left having a negative feeling.
