Dr. MacDonald was great! I took my son in and he provided us with 3 options to discuss. He was attentive and thoughtful in his interactions with us.

It was such experience to go and get two questionable bumps removed from my face and a precancerous spot froze off! Dr. Macdonald and his office staff were all so friendly and very informative to my questions!! I felt like I was talking to dear friends and not a new doctor for the first time!! It was great!

Dr. Macdonald is great! He is very professional and seems to really care about his patients. We always have a good experience going there. The reason I gave a 4 star rating is there is one of his office staff that is kind of snotty. She was rude to my wife and myself on separate occasions. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Dr. Macdonald, just be prepared to potentially deal with an ornery receptionist.

It was an amazing experience. It was the first time that a doctor has come in while the nurse is still filling out paperwork. I had been going to another dermatologist in Orem that made me feel as though I wasn't worth his time since I am not a model. I wasted years and was uncomfortable the entire time. Dr McDonald spent the time took a couple biopsies which wasn't my favorite part of the day- but he got to the bottom of my issue I have been extremely comfortable the last couple of weeks. He should teach seminars on how the doctor to patient relationship should be. I would highly reccomend him.

Dr. James MacDonald is a great person, and doctor. He always takes the time to attend to all my worries, and I have never felt rushed out of the room. No superlatives (remarkable, outstanding, excellent, magnificent) could accurately describe his charisma, friendliness and empathy. You go Dr. Jim! Putting back the care in healthcare :)
