Diamond Pet Foods

Some of the nicest people I have met and very respectful of truck drivers. Although I was supposed to be a drop and hook, my company does not have any trailers here. The guy unloaded me right away with 616 pallets and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. I have a dog and I am sold on this pet food as well he showed me all of the ingredients while I was being unloaded that go into this dog food and it's pretty awesome they eat better than we do

People are very nice. Just slow to unload. Was here for over 3 hours for 20 pallets

Delivering a load of 616 wooden pallets. It took 3 1/2 hours to start unloading me even though I was the only truck there at the time. 5 1/2 hours to actually unload. I will not come back. One guy tried to help me but wasn't successful. Do they have a vendetta against truckers? No facilities, bring your own. Ridiculous!! The 4 and 5 star reviews must be from employees and friends/family of employees

Been here for over 6 hours and still loaded me almost 82,000! Back in the dock waiting once again to unload for right weight! There is another 1- 2 hours

This would get 5 stars if it didn't almost 5 hours to load, then half to get it reworked because it was loaded wrong.
