PetSmart

I use the grooming services for my Havanese. I'm very pleased. They may not offer a wide variety of scissor-cut styles, but the staff care about how you'd like your pup to look upon leaving & I've never experienced my dog being nervous to his groomer's touch (which has happened with other pets at other boarders). The store is always clean and my children love looking at the other furry friends that are available to take home.

The store itself has almost everything you're looking for and the department staff is kind and knowledgeable. Don't expect a speedy checkout... One employee behind the counter calling for backup, a manager walked to his station and walked back to her office. The poor guy was calling for backup cashiers and the floor employees did not respond though they were in plain sight not with customers..

Some of the staff was knowledgeable but most were just collecting a paycheck. The selection was poor for most animals and there were many empty tanks and cages. Their selection of bearded dragon supplies were poor as well. Their supplements were overpriced as well.

I have a large rambunctious puppy. The ladies were great with him. They were patient and kind to both of us. I will bring Augustus back here regularly.

NO STARS if it was available...groomer cut behind Bella's ear and razor burned burned her in 3 places. She left hair on feet but cut leg hair off of lower hind legs. Front legs tail and belly were fine. My dog caught a virus with 104 degrees for two days. And $80 is Waaaaay​ too much when the average area rate is $50 + or - at some of the highest rated salons in Little Rock. Y'all should never charge extra for basic ear, teeth and nail cutting and when a client expressly orders NO perfume they shouldn't put it on causing my dog to itch like crazy until I gave her ANOTHER bath. I should be compensated for my bill, my dog's suffering and 3 hours of wasted time.
