Had appointment with Maddison today or at least thought so at 12:30. I live 45 mins away. Was told did not have me listed. Kinda had a attitude that their computers mess up. Offered Tuesday appointment. I work during the week. Oh well I tip 20 to 50 percent. Will never go back.

Service with a smile, I stopped by today after receiving a coupon via email. As I checked out the cashier honored my coupon and awarded my account points.

Was charged 33 percent over quoted price for grooming. Groomer was polite but argumentative and listed my spaniel as a collie. Had to call corporate headquarters for refund. Didn't hear from management till complaint was filed with corporate. Location is convenient but not worth it. Will not be returning.

We where able to find everything we needed however when it came time to check out we where informed that our check wasn't good due to lack of funds. We called our bank and was assured the funds where there and available . The store manager was no help in the matter other than suggesting we pay with credit, we contacted the company that verifies the checks and after repeated translations and an hour of our time we gave up and drove to pet smart where they gladly assisted us and accepted our check.
