The people were friendly. But they allowed a dog in the store without a leash. He just ran around uncontrolled and right up to a older dog who was on a leash. The older dog reacted and it wasn't good. There are leash laws for a reasons. The guy with the unleashed dog didn't take anything seriously even when the older dogs owner told him it wasn't the best idea. It wasn't a  nice meeting and it could of been a fight.

The people who work here are amazing. Our pug is often wary of people but she gets so excited  when we go to Hollywood feed and she comes out of her shell wanting to meet everyone. Also their products are high quality.

Wonderful store with a fantastic selection of foods for your pets. Would have gone with 5 stars but the person that assisted me the 1st trip was so knowledgeable the guys yesterday couldn't compete
