All in all its a good store. But don't buy fish here. Every time we have bought any they have died very quickly. Most recently we purchased ten. Two weeks later, we are down to two. (yes our tank is properly maintained, etc. Our other fish have lived for years.)

Do not use the dog training provided here. I give this store two stars only because they returned my money for training services. I went to a puppy level one class, and the trainer was rude, and didn't help the people in the class at all. He was more focused on making us memorize and quizzing us on the "five steps" to teaching a dog a command than actually getting us to teach our dogs a command. This "quizzing" and rule-explaining took up about 35-40 minutes of an hour-long class, most of which our puppies stood on the floor, doing nothing. Then, he specifically called on people to name the five steps out of order to make sure that we were "paying attention" and to embarrass us if we weren't. After this, we worked on "sit", which was paired with "come". The trainer also insisted that we use a clicker, which in his training you click when the puppy does the action, but then you have to wait 5-10 seconds before giving the puppy a treat. Keep in mind that this really only works if the dog already knows the command that you are trying to give, and if you don't use clickers, it'll become annoying fast. One couple in the group had a puppy that couldn't sit and didn't know his name yet, and his advice to them was to push the dog's butt to the ground until it sat, saying "sit" again and again. This was instead of showing them to hold the treat over his head until he sat (this is what was taught to me by another Petsmart trainer for my previous dog), and saying "sit" once his butt hit the ground. At the end of the class, the trainer even asked if we "thought we knew more than he did", which was the last straw for me. Ultimately, I'd say to save your money and use another training service (like Petco--also in Conway), or to watch YouTube videos. You'll be much better off.

They are great with our Lab & they do a really thorough job. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

Pretty good, nice and friendly and they keep their bearded dragons on carpet like you are supposed to do. Unlike Petco

Awesome store, but a little bit pricey compared to the other pet stores.
