The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I stopped in just to ask if they new of any kitten rescues needing a foster family and the manager seemed more than happy to give me a few numbers.

I spent $821 dollars in this store 3 days ago for an 60 gallon aquarium and all the goodies to go with it. The LED lighting stopped working after one day of use. Had to drive 40 min to go back to the store to exchange it out. I was going to go ahead and buy 71 dollars worth of fish while I was there. I asked the manager if she would throw in a 5$ fish for free since (which would not even cover the gas let alone the inconvenience of having to visit the store again due to faulty merchandise) we drove 40 min to exchange. It wasn't about the money obviously but I wanted to see if she cared about her customer. I was surprised to receive a rude look and response. I spent $821 and she wouldn't budge on a 5$ fish for my inconvenience??? It was perfectly fine to say no but the rude response and attitude caused this store to loss a customer. I will shop at petsmart again just not at this store. If I was the owner of this store she would be fired. Your not rude to customers that come in your store to drop 800 +.

Prepare to wait for your store pickup! The front cashier cannot do this and has to wait for a manager. Takes too long!

They were patient with us, and our very hyper Lab. They were helpful in finding just what we needed for her harness and collar. And they have been informative about flea collars, bath stuff, and how to change her food as she grows.
