Petco Animal Supplies

Petco is the only pet store I shop at. The prices are always affordable despite the fact that I feed my babies ONLY top of the line, highest quality food. I can get everything I need from sweaters and clothes to dental care items and grooming supplies. My dogs are better cared for than myself and husband and just as good as our children. We buy kitty litter by the pound and our cat loves it as much as any other. We even get our goldfish specialty food that is' offered through only Petco.

I went to ask questions about getting my dog groomed , he is a mixed breed, the lady asked me what breed he was when I said I didnt know and she got very rude with me cause I didnt know the breed. She seemed like she had better things to do than help me and didn't answer any of my questions. She cut the conversation short so I walked out. I advise no one go to Melani for help.

A good place for domestic cat and dog care, but an absolutely terrible place for the reptiles, birds, and rodents alike. I went here today, hoping to buy a certain animal I will not disclose as I want to remain as anonymous as possible. I was confused about one thing, but had done much research before even considering purchasing the animal. I found an employee who happened to not even work in the reptile department. The employee started talking for at least 30 minutes explaining things to me I already verbalized I was educated on. She then continued to find the most expensive and unnecessary things for the animal I was going to buy and claimed everything was necessary and I could not buy the animal if I did not buy said supplies. It was already very stressful for me, but she insisted on me buying these things I knew I did not need. I was weary about going to a chain pet store already. After about 40 to 50 minutes of the employee putting things in my cart, she left me alone and I simply left the store. I will not be returning and I request that this location does more research on the animals they carry. She was trying to sell me two heat lamps AND a heating pad for one animal that wasn't even a reptile and had very sensitive skin.

Cashiers and associates are great and friendly but management is horrible and acts better then everyone else. Also seem to have very limited knowledge on most animals they sell. I hate shopping places that the management have bad attitudes towards customers and staff, it’s ridiculous and uncalled for. Very disappointed in this location and I have been several times.
