I had a 9am appointment to have my dog groomed. Had to wait a week for this appointment. We get there, there is nobody in the grooming department. We waited 30 minutes, still nobody showed up for work. We went home, got a call an hour later, finally someone showed up. Wel,, too late. When you open at 9am, but, dont get there till 1030, what does that say about a major business.

Good pet store in cornerstone, has a good selection and nice pet loving staff, something that not all chain pet stores have in the modern era.

The smell inside the store was horrible! This is the second time in 2 months that we have been in the store and encountered the foul smell. We left and went to Petsmart and bought our needed items. The cleanliness of the store has greatly deteriorated and needs major attention.
