Stopped in for a quick trip to grab some dog toys. Parking was easy. Store was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don't live in the area, but if I did, I'd certainly go back.

I bought several goldfish from the Russellville location. The girl forgot to put stress coat in with them even though they had just been shipped in that day. I brought my water in to have it tested, and everything came out perfect except for acidic pH (which is perfect for goldfish). We went through the trouble of picking out replacement fish, only to get back up to the register and then we were told they didn’t guarantee those fish. I will never buy anything from Petsmart again.

Grooming The Best. Took the biggest dog in.Charlie ,Great Dane/ Bull mafaist mix. Never been groomed. The team their took great care of Charlie and they said he was well behaved.Took lots of pictures. They brushed his teeth,cut his nails, cleaned his ears. Charlie was treated like a KING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very clean and animals are well taken care of. Pet supplies are a little expensive.
