DICK'S Sporting Goods

They have a good inventory, but when you go to find what you want nothing has a price tag on it. That would not be a problem of they were staffed appropriately so you can ask for help. I'd understand if a few things had no price tags, but when a whole sections across the store doesn't it becomes a problem.

No customer service what so ever. No one asks you if you need help just look at you.. Don't carry any wrestling gear.. Sports authority way better...

Overpriced to start with, absolutely no sign of a sales rep or any other kind of hired help( nobody even stocking shelfs). Plus the wait at checkout is always ridiculous. Quality goods at least.

Terrible customer service, very limited selection. I was looking for shoes, asked for help....waited for someone that "was more knowledgeable about footwear". That person never did show up.

Today I went there for return my bike light which I purchased 2 weeks ago. It has a good quality but it's not better for my bike. I just try to ask them because I'd lost the wrap of its. But I caught not believe that young girl cashier gave a return very quickly and she just trust on me. I felt very warm and happy.
