Filthy, the cashiers never know how to charge gold points, and manager Kevin seems unconcerned and argumentative about the lack of ADA compliance. Currently having expected health issue from his negligence. Used my "going up stairs" for the day on the small steps near the ada elevator and he sent me around to use the long stairs because I wasn't in a wheel chair and had not used the lift. Would not answer the question of what does he do if someone is in a wheelchair. Told me I should have used the lift in the residence hall... I do not live in the residence hall. Combative ableist rude...I hope he enjoys making life harder for people, because he is really good at it. He needs training on all disabilities not just the ones he can see. ETA: just went to the coffee counter asked for a mocha, the person taking the order was not speaking clearly, could barely hear him, the person making the drinks hitched his foot up on the counter to tie his shoe. Order taker came over to help, spilled coffee all over the pick up counter and they both just left it there. And he held a cup of someone's order up to his nose to smell what it was... Lovely.

The only water you can get here is from the soda machines, it tastes aweful, or from the infused water which is, most of the time, empty. I find myself not drinking water when eating here.

I do not like the food here either. It is very disappointing that this is what we are served when paying for a meal plan. Are we in high school or college? If you want to diet and get on a healthy grind, say no to that. The food is all processed and then only thing that is healthy is the salad bar. Very sad. Very very sad.

This place is absolutely horrible. It is a disgrace and inconsiderate to student eaters. Eating here for my freshman year has sucked. Do not waste your time or money here.

Food is on a schedule but can get very repetitive. They do have good desert. The sushi is good, probably because it's made by an outside company. The cheese and toppings on the pizza slides off. Some of the salad bar vegetables sit out the whole day and are dried up or expired. Don't eat the hotdogs, they are recycled everyday. The fruit in the front, usually aren't stocked or have been there for a few days. On weekends the bare minimum is done for food and not everything is stocked or cleaned. The busiest time is between 10 am and 3 on. The tables arent cleaned until the end of the day usually. I hope you don't get offended by hip hop songs littered with curse words because they will blast it from behind the counter. Hope this helps.
