I was visiting from out of town and in a hurry to get on the road when the TPMS valve stem on one of my tires cracked. Hoping it was under warranty from a similarly named national tire dealer, I drove to Discount Tire & Automotive in Logan. I was nicely informed that I'd purchased my tires from a different organization, but they offered to do the job in a reasonable time frame and for a typical fee. Because I was in a rush, I asked if they could just put a regular valve stem in. Not only was the answer "yes," but that they'd do it for free. They got the tire fixed and back on the vehicle in no time. They also topped off my spare and helped me get it back under the vehicle. AND they checked the pressure in my other three tires. INCREDIBLE service. I will return every and any time I need tire/automotive service in Cache Valley. Thanks!

Love coming here. The guys are all really helpful and willing to take care of a student. It’s great to have a shop I trust when I’m living away from home.

I was very impressed with Discount Tire as a whole, but especially Shawn! He was very attentive to my needs and made sure that my car was done right when I needed it. They will definitely be getting more of my business!

Absolutely LOVE this place. I came in to get four new tires, and they explained what I actually needed. Which saved me a ton of money. They communicated really well throughout the time while I was waiting to let me know what they were working on (which ended up.being an alignment and two tires). I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs anything for your car.

So my fiance and I were doing some shopping around town, near the end of our driving around we noticed one of our tires had gone flat. We called around and found Discount Tire did flat repairs and was nearby. We drove over there, told the manager what was going on and took a seat. Around ten minutes later, the car was pulled in (we were the only customers here right now) They spent about 20 minutes taking the tire off and "inspecting" it, only to find no hole. The technician working on our car lifted it incorrectly, lifting it by the exhaust pipe and not the frame. I witnessed this myself. They put the tire back on, filled it to the correct psi, and pulled the vehicle out. The manager called me over and told me they didnt find anything. Feeling releived I went and got back into my car, only to find grease all over my paint, and my valve stem covers missing. I was upset, but didnt bother saying anything because I just wanted to get home. I got into my car and started it, the check engine light was on! I went and got the manager and told him. He came out and looked at the light on my dash, he didnt scan it. Just visualy looked at it. He came up with the conclusion that the light meant I needed an oil change. And nobody there was trained to pull the code. Took it to oreiley and got the code pulled. It was for the 02 sensor, I took it back and the manager denied that they had done anything wrong. Even though I watched them lift it off of the exhaust! So after having Discount Tire look at it, I took it to another shop to get it looked at. Turns out they cracked the pipe connected to my downpipe. Getting my 02 sensor no backflow. Now I am stuck buying a new exhaust. With Discount Tire being in complete denial. I hate this place, and I dont use that word lightly. The staff was very rude and unprofessional, and did not treat me nor my fiance with respect. I will never be returning here, nor do I reccomend anyone coming here. You are much better off going to a Les Schwabb or Big O.
