Normally we get really good service here. Today they seemed to ignore us. It took them two hours just to take our car back, and that was only after we reminded them. They were not busy. But we were given a good discount. So just know that they take their time some days.

They have great customer service. They updated me on my wait time, which was very short. And the overall experience was very welcoming.

The tires ordered online were no longer qavailabl, but I paid online. Went into the store and Jesse stepped up and helped resolve the issue amazingly. Great customer service!

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I had a great experience at Discount Tires, and they deserve 5 stars! From the minute I walked into their doors Tanner made sure that I was well taken care of. He educated me on the tires that would best suit my car and wasn't pushy at all. Thank you, Tanner and Discount Tires... I am one Happy and Satisfied customer!
