Discount Tire

Discount tire had excellent customer service! They weren’t pushing a sale and they take you step by step through the process educating you on the life of the tire(s) in their inventory. They really listen to you and to your specific needs and go out of their way to make sure you get the right tire(s) for you and your budget! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

If I didn’t have to pick a star to write a review I would of given this place no star at all. We have been a loyal customer of this location for the last 10 years. Living farther than most from the city, it has been nice to rely on a good tire shop. Or so we thought. The past few times within the last 2 years, we have been very surprised at the ignorance this shop calls “service”. We got a nail in a tire to our truck (not our first rodeo) and brought it in to this location. After stating that we would like it fixed if that were a possibility. Knowing that we would have more timely service had we made an appointment, it had never seemed to be an issue with us going there in the past. They had us wait for 2 hours before saying anything about assisting us or anything to do with our tire. After waiting longer we were told they could not fix it, we declined purchasing a used tire and suddenly they were able to patch our tire. The whole time being treated like toddlers or someone who has no mental capacity, we decided to take our further business elsewhere.

Super long wait when I got tired but it was right after a holiday and they still had a big sale. They were super friendly and helped me get the best discounts. When I went back for a tire rotation and balance I made an appoitment and was in and out. They are always friendly and willing to help.

Got off work and found my car to have a flat tire. Drove it to Discount Tire and they helped me out with excellent customer service. I usually go to les swab but I now will be trusting Discount Tire with my tire needs. Ask for Ben, he is amazing and personally cares!

I loved the fact that Winston listened to me and what I felt my needs were. He did not treat me like "just another woman". The time we spent trying to find what I needed was longer than the actual time it took to install the new tires the next morning. Thanks to all the hard working men at Discount Tire!
