I work nearby, so it's a fun way to take a quick gambling trip to Vegas (aka Overstock Outlet). Some times they have great deals on practically new items. Other times they have obliterated inventory that would make a yard sale in Compton look good. It is seriously hit or miss here. If you are specifically looking for something, good luck finding it here. If you're just looking for a good deal on anything at all, then make sure to come on a high discount week and you might just come across something you need at the right price.

Reviews for this store are all over the place, because this store is really hit or miss. You might find a great deal, or you might find overpriced broken stuff. One thing that will help improve your odds is to like their Facebook page. There's a specific page for the outlet. Every week there will be an extra discount on their "normal" discount prices, and the Facebook page will tell you what it is. 40% is pretty normal, 60% is the highest it will get on a regular basis, and Black Friday or year end sales will go even higher. I've also seen reviews that question the "regular price" on their tags. You should always be skeptical of stuff like that at any outlet. But I bought a few items a couple days ago, and the regular price was about right. I got a pair of dining chairs that were originally $120 for the pair, discounted in-store to $58, and this week was an extra 60% off week. So I got both chairs for $23-something total. I went on their website afterward to compare the original price. Only one color of those chairs was even on their site anymore, and they were on clearance for $95. So I think a regular price of $120 is about right. And the base price at the outlet (without even taking into account the extra discount) was already a good $40 less than what the website had. I also got a couple other items, and the price on the website was on par with the price tag at the store. Long story short: you can do well at this store. Especially if you're comfortable fixing/improving damaged stuff. Just manage your expectations and follow the Facebook page.

This outlet always has really good deals on furniture and decor. We purchased a new rug, down comforter, and memory foam mattress topper for $80 that we would have spent over $700 in retail price. They regularly have barstools and dining room chairs for under $30 and everything at Overstock is good quality furniture.
Note that there isn't a lot of interaction with employees here until you need help moving something. You're on your own when you're shopping, so don't expect an interior decorator or someone to clue you in to how to decorate your space.
Also, I've gone here a few times without getting anything. Be willing to try again next time if you don't find quite the right piece. The savings are worth the time!

Crazy amount of stuff to go through! Huge selection of of rugs and chairs, although it is hard to find matching chairs. Prices still seemed to be a bit higher then you would expect for an outlet store. A lot of the furniture is damaged but doesn’t effect the price. Still worth going every once in a while.
