Nike Factory Store

I have bought several quality items from here. Sometimes they have pretty good sales but you have to be on the look out for them. Some employees are very friendly and helpful. They will greet you and make sure you are taken care of. Other employees won't acknowledge you which isn't a good thing in the customer service industry. I've had trouble being able to get a fitting room a couple of timesdue to the lack of employee helpfulness. Overall it's been a positive experience and I will continue to go back. I'm a runner and PE coach so their products are perfect for me.

A great selection of Nike apparel and shoes. This is a great location to those of us living on the west side of the valley. The staff is always super energetic and the store is always busy. There is plenty of free parking. My only gripe is the steep price. They're cheaper than Scheels though, but still a little pricey. That said, you're paying for the name and the good quality. I like to shop their sales - that helps with the pocketbook. 😉

Our family loves Nikes! They have great shoes and other sports clothes too! My family and I have gotten some awesome deals and we saved money too!! They give 10% off to Veterans and Military too!! Just show them your military card! Thanks Nike your awesome! The employees are more than glad to help you!

Really nice to have such a good outlet store in our normal shopping area. Don't have to drive a long way to get good prices on everything Nike. Staff here are always very helpful, parking is easy. Store always has good discounts and plenty of stock.

The selection and range of clothing here is great, though I wish there was more team gear. It was fairly busy when we went, but even proportional to the people there, it still felt like there was a general lack of staff overall throughout the store. We went during the employees and family appreciation sale and had what we thought was a valid unused code from a family member, but they were unable to scan it in and refused the discount. We were able to confirm with the family member it was unused, so we were a bit miffed at having not been able to take advantage of the discount.
