Discount Tire

I've been to Discount Tire a couple of times now. The first time I walked in, I was amazed at how polite and cheerful the employees were. During my second visit, the employee who helped me was respectful and helpful, but didn't have as much energy or enthusiasm. On both occasions, the waiting area was impeccably clean. They had a small coloring area for kids as well, with a small table and chairs.

They have helped me with two small repairs on separate visits. No profit from me yet. Nevertheless, they treated me as if I was purchasing a set of tires for $1500 dollars. That's good business. I own five cars and the next time one of them needs tires, I will come back, cash in hand. By the way, I have also dealt with the. West Jordan shop, with similarly positive experiences. I'm a fan!

Great customer service! We purchased 4 tires from the Discount Direct website, and then brought the tires and wheels here for mounting and balancing. Fantastic customer service. They found that one tires we got from the website was faulty, so they just replaced it with a tire that they have in stock since they are affiliated with the website. Really appreciate the care they took, and they had us in and out within an hour. Highly recommend.

Tires are great. We typically only get our tires at Discount Tires. They have free air service for tires as well which is a great bonus. The reason I am giving them one less star is that I waited a very long time for them to help me with their air service and ended up having to go into the store and tell them that I needed their help because at this point there was a long line wrapping around the building to get tires checked.

They always take good care of my car here and provide great customer service. I don't think I've ever had sub-par customer service here. They work quicky and offer great prices. Hard to beat!
