Discount Tire

They were absolutely great! We needed a tire and they were one of the only places in the area that had one in stock. They were fast and very friendly. They had snacks and drinks for when you were waiting and really went the extra mile!

Waited over 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me. (I was the only person in line.) I had already decided that these guys were not as friendly and helpful as the guys in Sandy on Highland and if they were not closer to my work, I wouldn’t have been there. Finally was told by Gary he’d order and I’d have to come back. Had to call a coworker to come get me and another to take me back Came back and he said he left a voicemail on my phone. There was no voicemail. He said he would try and get the tire especially brought over and make someone stay late to put it on if he could get it or I could come the next morning and he’d get me in and out in less then an hour. His voice was rude and his tone was condescending. Almost argumentative. Never gave me a reason as to why the tires weren’t on the truck. I said no I’d come the next morning. Got there and OF COURSE it was his day off. The next guy was polite and thanked me for being so kind about the snafu. I have brought all four of our cars for tires. I spent over 600 yesterday on just two tires. Not the kind of service I’ve come to expect from Discount Tire.

If you can come when there isn't a huge wait, this place is actually a very easy visit. I buy my tires here because of their rotation service and available warranty. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The lobby is big with ample seating for their busiest day. I reccomend calling before you go to see if there is a wait. If there is it can be hours!

The guy that helped me said the wrong thing every time he said something. He is not a PR person. He made the company look bad. I have had better experiences in the past here with other employees.

This happened these guys took care of me. Pretty much baby sat me. Refunded me money for lug bolts without me saying a thing
