Discount Tire

I've been coming to this Discount Tire for over two years now. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. I have always received top notch customer service and treated with respect. Their pricing is on point. I drive out of my way just to stop by this store when I buy wheels or tires. These guys' customer service is exemplary. Great job and thank you for all your help.

I’ve been a loyal Discount tire customer for almost 15 years. I have sent dozens of my friends and colleagues to you guys over the years including one just the other day. That same day I went into your store in American Fork Utah. I have an old bronco that spends most of its time parked in a garage, recently I picked up a nail in one of the tires. I came into the store to get it patched. The tires are old but in amazing condition with like new tread left. The first thing she checked was the age, then after going through a big show of measuring all the tread depth and examining the vehicle she leads me inside to a board showing age and tread wear. I explained that I understood, that I don’t expect any guaranty on the tire but the circumstances of this tire where it’s so rarely driving I just needed the tire patched. Your associate refused to service the tires in anyway (including rotation) because of a “company policy” that won’t allow them to service older tires. This is so absurd, there’s plenty you can do to make sure I understand the risk is on me with the age of the tire. This was such a blatant push to sell tires it made me sick. She could have said the moment that she saw the age but went through the theatrics anyway. I drove down the street to another shop where the mechanic came out and said, “these tires are really old and I would highly recommend replacing them but it looks like they are in great condition, not driven much, and probably parked in garage so we can patch it if you really want. But we really recommend replacing them.” This is what I would expect, I know that age impacts the life of the tires but ultimately it’s a judgement call where the accountability comes back on me. Like I said I’ve used and loved you guys for a lot of years I hate to see it end this way. Your team at this location seemed like they used this as an opportunity to bully someone into a purchase they really didn’t need. If your policy really is this rigid then my loyalty has been misplaced all these years.

The employees are happy and helpful and they have quick service. Appointments are preferred, but I have come in last minute before without and appointment and they took my car in even though they were already incredibly busy! I was amazed! These peoe are incredible! Highly recommended anytime.

Good prices and service at this Discount Tire location. Just be prepared to wait. It is a very busy spot! We've been waiting an hour or longer for a rotation lately--on a weekday! But the staff and service keep us coming back.

This people really go the extra mile!. They were very patient with all my questions, comparisons and really assisted me in choosing the right tires for me, brand and cost wise. To put a cherry on top, they match prices but it was not needed because they had the best price already. Clean, polite, AWESOME attention to details. I will come back and recomend.
