Discount Tire

I love Discount Tire! The folks here always do a great job to help me and my family with our tire needs. Michael and Mike are and have been super helpful. Getting quotes over the phone is super easy, and from location to location is always consistent. This location is always clean and enjoyable. There's a nice area for kids too while you sit and wait.

I have been to discount tire for the last few years. Every time I ever got a nail they were there to fix it and get me back on the road. When time came for me to buy new tires they helped make sure I qualified for two promotional deals. Which made my tires super cheap. For that I am really great full to them. My two complaints are that the toy area for the kids could use a really good scrub or be updated sometimes I don't want my daughter to touch it because I don't know when the last time it was cleaned. Two there was in incident where I had a leak fixed and I saw on the employee get upset at another one for not having a shirt that was standard issued. The employee that didn't have the correct shirt was helping me and when to asked someone higher for help he was belittled. What I saw was the higher employee repeat about six times. "Where is your shirt? Where is your shirt?" I couldn't make out anything by the guy that was helping me. I know the employee should have been in proper work clothing but that should have been dealt with in private location and not in front of me. I felt bad for that employee and I could tell he was somewhat embarrassed when we cam back to check my tires and make sure the leak was gone. I wish I could give a 4 1/2 star rating but the system doesn't let me. I still plan on coming back in the future.

I had a bad experience in one if the stores in Utah, when bought 4 new tires, but after use the Orem store, I changed my.mind. They treat me very well, make the warranty really worth. The manager and all the employees are great!

No problems. Cheaper than most other places and quick. Only took 45 minutes for 4 new tires.

I had had a nail in my tire earlier that day and got it fixed at a different tire shop and that was fine and after I left I realized there was ANOTHER nail in a different tire. Very frustrated, I took it to discount tire and they did a great job and did it all no charge because of my sob story. Such great service and people there.
