Discount Tire

These guys have always taken great care of me. There is a general sense of hustle here which I like. Not allot of time wasting. They're effective, well priced, quick, and easy to work with.

Very nice people but one thing is for certain, they take advantage of women. My wife went in for a tire rotation and someone told her the wheels were bent (all 4) and that she has to get all new wheels. She called me and asked what she should do and I said I was going to look at the wheels myself and get an explanation. As soon as she said I was coming in the wheels were magically fine and they apologized for the mistake. Another time she was told her tire tread was too low and she needed new ones. The tires were only 5000 miles in usage and this was her first rotation. She called me and I came in to look at the tires. When they saw me they said she should be ok for now but that she should consider new ones in the future. When I go in myself for both cars they are great and never try to sell me on anything.

Love the service and prices. They have the best warranty as far as I've found. The warranty stays with the tires (not with the car), as long as the purchase documents are with the car / tires.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I was provided from this store on Monday morning. I got a flat tire and i needed to get four new tires any how but no other store would be able to get me the four specific kind of tires I wanted for my truck until the following day leaving my family and I stranded for the night as we were just passing through on our way to california. I contacted this branch and it was a little bit of a wait due to the road conditions but it was worth every single second, they assured us before they left for the night that my truck will be done and I'd be good to go again and they were right. They were a bunch of stand up guys who took pride in what they did. Thank you.
