Discount Tire

I frequently visit the Orem area from Texas and i am always in need of a tire rotation. If I forget to get them rotated in Texas I'll get the rotated here. Fast and professional service Everytime and they always inform me about the condition of my tires. I never feel that I am pressured to buy anything new and the advice to get the more expensive tires has always been accurate information. I would highly recommend this location.

I have been a faithful customer and bought at least 6 sets of tires in the past few years for me and my newly married kids. I have been generally happy with the service. I have only two frustrations that I think others should be aware of. First Discount’s main interest is to sell tires. Unless they are new it doesn’t seem to matter the age or wear of one’s tires you WILL endure the painstaking measuring of the tread of every tire AND the speech in front of the colorful board about tire wear and why you should buy new tires today. I had my snow tires removed and summer tires put back on today. They are in the middle of the scale on their in Discount’s wear chart but I still got high pressure to replace them from two different workers. I appreciate the education about safety but once I make my decision that should be the end of it. Second issue is that there is no benefit in making an appointment. I was told it would take 25-30 minutes to swap my tires if I came when they first opened. I made my appointment for 8 am and was standing at their door 10 minutes early. I was the first one there. But as I observed the service bays they didn’t start my car until two other walk in customers were serviced! I waited 45 minutes. I would not say I am an “unhappy” customer but I’m definitely not happy and am going to try some other tire shops to see if the these annoyances are universal in the industry.

This Discount Tire is literally the best, most honest automotive shop I’ve ever been to. There staff is incredible. We came in with a slow leaking tire. We found out the tire had a nail in it but it was repairable. They did all the work for free. We’ve been coming here for years now and although I already think extremely highly of them, they continue to go above and beyond. I am a customer for life at the Discount Tire in Lindon!

Such a great experience! Colton N was the rep who helped me, me being a broke college student he helped me make sure I got the tires I needed and was flexible on price so I could afford getting all my tires replaced. Great customer service and just a wonderful experience. You should all go here.

These guys were great! Great prices on tires and very helpful with finding size and type of tire. After I had gotten new tires I had noticed that one of the lug nuts on one of my wheels was missing. I went back in and they offered to reimburse me if I bought a new one from Autozone. Instead they gave me a set of lug nuts with a “key” so my wheels wouldn’t be stolen free of charge.
