Discount Tire

I was pulling in to the title loan place and hit my passenger side tire and it was done for. So across the parking lot was a discount tire. A gentleman came over and offers me a 10 dollar tire and was going to hook it up till I can pay. We'll I was so happy he came over and offered to help. Well I went in and talked to Benjamin C. Gerber. And what he told me blew my mind. Mind you I'm broke and living paycheck to paycheck and looking for more work. So he helped me out with a great reliable tire without any money out of my pocket because of my situation. They are a great and very kind to people the customer service is amazing. Usually this place is absolutely amazing but I don't know what the deal was today. Waited there for 10 minutes to get my tire pressure checked while they were had our other car in for new tires and they still never even acknowledge me. I have two managers walked by with no response. I hope this is an isolated incident usually I have really great results. The have been kind, caring, vested in me.

Wow what a great experience! We came in just to get the air checked(free) and get the tires balanced (free when you buy the tires there which we did). Our salesperson told me the tires were dangerously low on tread- I explained that we just didn’t have the money right then. Cheyenne got us a great deal on some used tires and worked with her manager to get it within our budget. I was so grateful to be feeling safer in my vehicle and was treated really well.

Always THE best service. Hard working, polite, helpful, and great attitude. My kids love the train set in the lobby and the window to watch them work.
