Fast courteous and knowledgeable. The best location of a great chain. Accurate wait times are given and kept. Great prices got me started with them and the service will keep me there.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, easy to work with. They take drop ins and appointments. Free services no matter where you bought your tires. The only problem I've ever run into is that they're too busy, but the staff made the wait easy and bearable.

Superb customer service. They pulled a nail from my tire and repaired it, free of charge. They've reasonable prices as well.

I have made several purchases at this location over the last 2 years. I have been happy all of my visits but today they blew me away with their amazing customer service. I few months ago I could only purchase two tires they put them on the back. Well I knew I was going to get 2 new tires this spring. After driving for a few weeks on a noticeable hole I was able to go into today. Not only did they get me 2 nee tires but they gave me a instant refund and was way under the budget I had to spend. I am so very happy with discount tires in roy utah!!

Great friendly service and fast&efficient. Had flat fixed, all tires rotated and balanced, out the door and on my way within a Half hour!!! Jose is the Man!
