I own a body shop and have about 30 cars in the yard. I just went to this store and I had 4 loose wheels and tires needed to be swapped and balanced. Mike, guy at front desk asked me what vehicle they go on and I told him 2005 dodge 2500. When he went and looked on the wheels he said they are not dodge wheels. I told him sorry I mistake they go on 2005 Ford 2500. Then he said because I lied that they go on different vehicle he can not do the work and he has been mean. Then I went to Leschwab around the corner and they were able to swap tires for me and didn’t even ask which vehicle they go on. 5 month ago I spent $4500 on buying new set of wheels and tires for my 2017 superduty from this discount tire store and beside that I was purchasing more tires from this store for other vehicles I was working on and today this guys turned down on me like that. Never will spend a dollar at this store and I think Mike guy who spoke to me shouldn’t be working behind the counter helping customers

Another great experience getting my tires rotated at my favorite tire store. They were even very nice to my dog

Best prices out there! I left Les Swab after 20yrs as a loyal customer. Discount Tire stores are my new partners for life most likely. They are always seem to have courteous friendly staff, no matter the location, very professional, I will say Les Swab was great this way also, I only left LS for the better prices at Discount Tire Company). If they don't have what you want in stock at their location, they will find it for you at another store!! Bud Mason
