Discount Tire

Visited the store on Sat. Changed 4 tires and fixed one wheel in under an hour of waiting time is impressive. The staff was friendly. I would recommend friends to come here. It was my first time getting new tires, so I was a bit confused on how to proceed when booking appointment: I had no idea what are my options for tires nor the price quote. I had to call the store and get clarification which is fine. The staff answered my call was very informative. However, I wish I was given more details about the price range and choices of tires before coming down to my appointment. Received a call from the store today, and it was regarding the survey I completed about the service I received on my visit. Staff who called was concerned about my experience and listened to me patiently. Thumb up to their post-purchase service.

Second Review - They remind you it could take 1.5 hours to rotate your tires when you have booked an apt and have shown up 20 minutes early for your apt. Not cool! First Review - Great customer service. Friendly and they get the job done.

Discount never fails to amaze! Will beat anyone's price and customer service is a notch above everyone else. Been dealing with them for almost 40 years. The only place to buy tires.

Colt checked me in this morning, and I think it was Andrew who finished our transaction today. It's awesome to get an email receipt for my records too! We always bring our vehicles to Discount Tire because they are always timely, affordable, and very friendly. We've never had a bad experience here, and will continue bringing all of our business to this location. I just wish you could do motorcycle tires! If you ever need air, they are there. Patches, rotations, new tires, all fabulously done with a smile. They can be busy some times, so I always call ahead and make an appointment if I can. Keep up the good work!!!

Good place to have tires replaced. Pricing and warranty is fair. The reason for the 4 star is that I made an appointment a week in advance. I showed up for my appointment and they just put me on the waiting list or next available opening that day. Why make an appointment? I would go there again. It is still a good place.
