The staff is the best, they don't overcharge or force you into extra items. Such comfortable space for the dogs with rugs and couches- feels homey and not like a sterile vet office. Parking, snacks and drinks for the humans, and convenient hours- this is a great place!

Very spacious new facilities. If you live nearby, it is much more convenient than other vet offices close to downtown. Staff is professional and helpful. Overall great experience.

Every staff member is friendly and pleasant, regardless of how hectic things are at the office. Scheduling appointments is easy over the phone or online. I had previously brought my pets to Dr. Teich when he worked elsewhere and was happy to see he had opened up this veterinary practice. The Brookland location is easy to get to and very bright and spacious.

They take excellent care of my puppy. Appointments run on time. I get follow up emails from to front desk to check in on him a day or two after the visit.
