This was my first time coming to this spot. I checked the website to see what services were offered (don't do that) ...the website is not accurate. Call them first. When I arrived I waited for about 10 minutes after I was told they didn't provide a service that I wanted. Prices are average. Nail techs are good, just like any nail tech anywhere you go. I left my debit card at home on accident but luckily they had Samsung pay!

I came here with my sister on Sat 5/12 in a last minute pit stop to get a mani pedi before my sister’s graduation party. We were told 5 min wait which turned into 20 mins. My sister had been wearing heels and had achy feet her water was cold and she had asked 3 times to have the water made hotter. And the response was later!!!?!?! I asked the same thing twice and would not accept nonfor an answer so finally they made our water warmer. Me and my sister both had aching and sore cuticles for about 3 days after. My pinky cuticle was cut to the point of bleeding and the lady told me it was my fault for not sitting up straight. My manicure/pedicure cracked and chipped the same day. It was very dull and needed a second layer of top coat. We were so pressed for time and if it was not an absolute necessity I would have gotten up and left. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I know they would still get business for being in the mall but I do hope this saves someone the trouble run, away from this place and do not look back!

This place is disgusting and nail techs are RUDE! I went to use the restroom before getting nails done and there were ROACHES CRAWLING EVERYWHERE. I got my nails done because I had an appointment and didn't want to be rude, but the tools they use are FILTHY. On top of that, their customer service SUCKS! They don't make you feel welcome in the nail salon and they certainly don't take their time doing your nails. I left the salon feeling VERY disappointed that I paid money for horrible service and a horrible nail job. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! Plus, you don't want roaches crawling around you :/ Sincerely, Crystal

Excellent experience. Very good care and quality. They are also very convenient becaise they are open later. And will not rush through their job.

I went in for a mani/pedi, the pedicure was great even though I felt like the massage should have been longer for the price she was a little lazy. Lastly my manicure was a horrible experience. The lady did not know how to file my real nails, I guess because I didn’t get false nails she didn’t know how to file them correctly. I was nicely correcting her about the mistakes on my real nails, that she handed me the nail file to do them correctly.
