Fancy Nails

They don't have a sign in process. I waited 40 minutes for a pedicure. When it was my turn, the guy went to another girl (who was a walk in after me). I told him and the young man that seated me that I should be next. He said another girl would do my pedicure. She said she couldn't because she had to do a manicure on the lady she had just done a pedicure on. I just asked for a towel to dry my feet. I stopped at the desk before leaving and inquired again about why I wasn't taken care of. They had no answer not did they offer any apology. I will not go back there.

The only good thing I can say is, certain employees ask if I’m okay and check on me. I will NEVER go back to get my nails done. The guy who did my nails had the machine on a super high speed which ended up cutting my skin. And when I jerked back he said I needed to relax my hand. I also went to get a nail repair and he clipped my nail with a nail clipper but, he was so aggressive and it was pulling my actual nail. And when it came time for him to replace the nail, he didn’t even measure my nails to make sure they were even. So now I’m stuck with a short, stubby nail that looks NOTHING like my tall, straight nails.

Employees are very kind and extremely skillful. I showed the man working there what I wanted, and he absolutely brought it to life

I went there yesterday because they were pretty much the only place open since it was mothers day and I was having an emergency, I live in Mebane so I usually stick with the nail salons there. I've never had a horrible experience at any nail salon really...until I came here. This place is horrible. Worst place I have ever been to. First of all I got a pedicure and the lady told.me ut was going to be $5 extra just to get my calluses removed, which makes absolutely no sense because that's the whole point of a pedicure. I told her that was fine because that was the main thing I needed. I also stand a lot at my job so I do have corns in between my toes that hurt and I take care of them myself, this lady decided to take it upon herself to take it off and make me bleed. It also hurt, no message or anything at the end. All of that was nothing compared to my manicure though. First I showed her a picture of what I actually wanted and she told me she couldn't do it on my natural nails and I would have had to get fake nails for it to look good. Then on top of that she was very fast and aggressive with my hands like she just trying to get it done and over with. At the end I ended up having to fine my nails all over again to make them smooth on the tips and the tops of them were still not smooth and the polish Is messed up, but I really just wanted to get out of there. I didn't even leave a tip it was that horrible I will never ever go back there and j fo not recommend them at all.

So I wouldn't normally let my nails grow out this long (2 months to be exact) but it shows the quality work that was done.. not one of them broke or chipped! Impressive!
