NAIL PALACE & SPA

I have got to say it was by far the worst experience at a nail salon place I’ve ever been to. The nail polishes were extremely thinned out and watery. So much so that my friend and I contemplated on going next door to Marshall’s to buy our own polish but the owner would not allow us to do so. So we sit down for a pedicure and not once were we offered drinks (which is fine we didn’t go there to drink but after reading other people’s comments I thought I would mention not all people are offer drinks). The lady I had was extremely rude and rushed so much! She stabbed me when cutting my cuticle and it bled and it was not just a little blood. She kept going while wiping off the blood with a dirty towel that had already been used by my wet feet resting on it. Not once did she apologize and now I have a cut and a nice bruise a week later! I understand mistakes happen but own it don’t act like you don’t speak English and can’t say sorry! Then she proceeded to only do two coats of polish and no top coat! We asked for the top coat and she said no they don’t do that (she could speak English then though....). My friend honestly got a worse paint job than I did which is saying a lot (hers looked like my 4 year old niece painted them)! She ended up going home taking it off and doing it herself. When we were drying off our toes a woman next to us was upset with how poorly her nails were and asked for the manager. When he came over he started fussing at her about her tone and it was her fault the nails were done poorly and they should charge her to fix it!!! He was ten times more rude than she was! And he did it in front of other clients. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing afternoon and turned into a painful and stressful one! I better not end up with an infection or else they will hear more from me! I absolutely do NOT recommend going here. Worst $80 spent in my life! And the paint job lasted a total of one day before chipping!

My first experience here was pretty bad and the nails started peeling the next day. I went back today, and Nate, the manager, was very kind and helpful. They have fixed my nails. I had a much better experience this time. My nail tech, Amy, was wonderful! There could not be a better nail tech anywhere! I do hope these nails last as well as they should. I hope any future experience here will be as good as this has been. Thank you all for being willing to right this situation. Much appreciation to you.

I have been a client of Nail Palace and spa for over 4 years! The staff is friendly and professional and the customer service is outstanding. Best nail place in Sanford hands down! If you are looking for a clean and professional atmosphere Nail Palace is the place to go!

Don’t get me wrong they did a good job on my nails but it felt like a organized mess the whole time. More like herding cattle. Numbers were shouted across the room. Yeah it’s a somewhat effective system but between the unattended by adults and ignored by management children, the pagers and staff yelling and going off across the room made for a less then pleasant and relaxing environment. If they can get the chaos under control the environment might be more pleasant

My daughter and I have had negative experiences each time we visited. From being cut and them putting glue on it to the guy falling asleep while doing my nails. I felt like we were cattle being herded through. Way too big, not a relaxing or personable experience. I prefer to support smaller shops where your made to feel welcome and like they actually appreciate your business.
