I'm not sure why this place has so many low star reviews because it was great. Lynn did a great job. She was nice & gentle with my feet which I like a lot.

They did a good job on my nails for prom, but my appointment was at 9:30 am and I waited 1-hour granted it was Mother's Day weekend and the place was packed out by 10am. They were calling people randomly by sign in instead of appointment at first, then my mom spoke up and the lady was a little argumentative about who the appointment was with. Making am appoinments with anyone in particular does not seem feasible. These folks are very unapologetic. Custom service is not their strong suit.

The technician stopped in the middle of my manicure to trim her nails with the nail clipper she was using on me. After making me wait until she was done clipping ALL of her nails, she then tried to use that same nail clipper again on my nails. She was extremely annoyed when I asked her to go get a fresh nail clippers to finish my manicure with. I will NEVER go back.

Bleeding cuticles, nails chipped after one day. In fact my cuticles are now non existent. My nail technician left me to sit and wait for my pedi in cold water for fifteen minutes. He jerked my wrists around during the mani. I tried to tell him I have a wrist injury and cannot fully rotate my wrist but he just cut me off and jerked my wrist anyway. No apology for bleeding cuticles nor for making me wait. Paint job also not well done , streaking and air bubbles and top coat dried on my skin that wasn’t cleaned up. Afraid I won’t be back nor recommend.
