This place is the best your gonna get NOT living by the ocean. Their jumbo shrimp is next to none, and so is their house made cocktail sauce ! Don't miss it!

Went to Dixon's 1/8/18 because there was a big sign out front that said Shrimp Sale. Warm day above freezing. I said the shrimp is on sale right? No that actually is not on sale as too cold to change the sign. OK so I said thanks anyway and left. That was yesterday and today warmer and the sign is still up for the shrimp sale. So is it bait and switch. Too bad because I felt Dixon's was better than that.

Why haven't I discovered this place sooner?? I stumbled upon Dixon's seafood accidentally while calling local meat markets looking for buffalo fish. The last call I made was with Alwan & Son's and they suggested I call Dixon's because they usually have buffalo fish. I do not regret my purchase today which was a whole catfish and catfish fillets. It was sooo good even though I still haven't purchased the "mysterious" buffalo fish. The employees were also very courteous and helpful. Thanks will def. shop here again!

Fantastic seafood assortment at good prices. Only complaint was is was very busy but the line moved fairly fast
