Love the smoked carp. They have a product here called carp jerky. Sounds awful, but oh so tasty. Tragically, it is not always available. Please help me to encourage them to always have it available. You will love it.

Friendly crew works here with a large variety of fish, seafood, and some cooking spices. Smoked sturgeon is really good.
