If only a zero was available. Only place I can recall going to have dinner and not actually getting dinner. Steak arrived after a lengthy wait and it was an absolute charcoal briquet instead of medium rare. When I tapped my fork on it, audible from across the room I'd bet, the waitress said "it's because it's char broiled" and I informed her that she's referring to a technique, not that the meat should actually be turned to charcoal. I wasn't mean to her at all... even told her that I understand, it's not her fault and it's not a big deal- I just can't eat it that way. She took my plate, I'm guessing to get a steak redone while my family ate theirs- which they were indifferent to, quality-wise. Server never came back. No refills, no dinner for me. At one point, I went looking for her and she ducked into the kitchen. Heard similar from others.

Always amazing food and atmosphere!! Never had a bad meal. Salad bar, homemade dressings, fresh rolls.... Its all good

Was not happy with what I ordered (porchops). It was dry & hard. Not the way it should have been cooked in my opinion. Nice ambience. Would only go back if I have to
