I have been working with this location and Peggy specifically for years. She is unparalleled in customer service. The projects are done well, on time, and on budget. Thank you!!! 7/5/2017 Two years later and Peggy is still that which I hold as a measure of customer service. She is here for me no matter where I am or which location was supposed to be on it. Thank you!!!!!

Terrible customer service from Patty. Rude and does not work with customer requests. In desperate need of some quality control. Work does not reflect colors/quality of what was emailed to them. Will not go back.

I have used this DocuMart for work-related documents twice. Putting in my order is as simple as sending an e-mail with an attachment, and the orders have been ready in about 24 hours. There was an error due to the printer one time and they had a corrected version delivered the next day, no charge. Peggy is polite and efficient. I will continue to use this Documart for all of my office's needs.
