I would give this zero stars if I could. This is the absolute worst shipping location I have ever dealt with in my life. Save yourself the time, trouble, and money. I will never ever use FedEx for the rest of my life. I have had such wonderful experiences after committing to using other shipping providers. My girlfriend hates FedEx as well, she had the same problems. Don't use this location. Don't use FedEx. There are easier, cheaper and friendlier options elsewhere.

Lots of workstations, helpful staff, location was easy to get to. Parking is by parking meter, so it's not free, but it is cheap.

It was fine. Not too busy. The paid parking lot next to the building has several free spots. They have the name of building on them.

Always a decent turn around time, if you don’t deal with the manager the staff probably won’t know what their doing. No on site parking is the biggest issue with this place.

The employees at this shop are incredibly nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Chris who has helped me out on two consecutive days with some critical shipments. Highly recommended.
