FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Been going here for 5+ years. Equipment issues are a regular occurrence. Customer service is quite unprofessional. Some nice staff, just unprofessional. Incredibly slow service and staff often are distracted from dealing with one customer at a time. Very rude service when I am receiving assistance and that gets interrupted. Like I should wait on the staff and make it convenient for them. Also, check their hours before you schedule your visit there, because the hours are inconsistent on the weekends. I went there on Sunday a few times because my weekdays were too busy, and for about 3 weeks in a row, they kept changing Sunday hours, so I had to make a second trip. A few times I would go in there and wait at the counter with no staff around. Not sure what their problem is here but they seem not to be able to function like an efficient, dedicated business.

Need some work on customer service & task prioritization skills. Perhaps it would be helpful if they created a dedicated pickup line. I placed a prepaid online business order and based on the email that I received saying it was ready for pickup it was done quickly. However, I show up 30 Min after receiving the email to pick it up and stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my existence while 3 Associates busied themselves with other tasks like scanning boxes and making copies. As customers waiting began stacking up behind me I finally asked if someone can help me with a pickup. The associates acted like I was intruding on their time when all I was doing was picking up something I've already paid for which should have taken less than 1 minute not 15.

Today I went in, in need of printing a school assignment that was due the next day. The person who helped me, Fara, was of extreme help. Not only was she nice but she went through everything to make my paper perfect. I was extremely satisfied with my visit here.

The location is convient they are helpful personally I think theyr'e a little expensive office max is more cost efficient.I will probably start going to office max
