FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

After reading the previous reviews, I feel like I must have been in an alternate universe when I went there yesterday evening. Because I felt as though they epitomized the term customer care during my visit. I have unfortunately become used to poor customer service in Colorado Springs. It was completely different experience for me at this FedEx. In fact, I would go as far to say that the staff here could teach employees from other local businesses a thing or two. Both staff members greeted me upon entry, and displayed a welcoming environment. I was not sure how to use the fax machine at first. One staff member explained the process, and both of them continued to check on me to make sure everything was working properly. This was while they processed the large amount of customers who were coming into the business. I had to fax a large number of documents for my daughter’s college scholarship application, which was going to be very costly. Upon checkout, the cashier found a discount that helped make the amount due a lot more bearable. I also observed him go above and beyond while taking good care of the lady ahead of me. I will definitely return to this location.

Very quick. Walked in to drop off a package. They scanned it for me and I was on my way. I was also greeted when walking in. Seemed friendly, didn't exactly have a huge conversation though. Will update if I return at some point and am treated otherwise.

The customer service is horrible, they always want to charge me more money for shipping even if I have a shipping label, they don't go the extra mile for customers. Very bad customer service, wouldn't go again. I would suggest you go somewhere else.

We avoid this location whenever possible due to the customer service. It's almost as if they hate their job and are looking for people to take it out on. Even if I bring in a package that was left crushed on my doorstep I get yelled at. This has been over the last few years, but I can honestly say the best experiences I have had are when the employees didn't really talk. It's that bad.

They have always greeted me with a smile. Carried or helped me carry larger packages to my vehicle. Update, last couple of times in there, less friendly, less helpful, took a star away.
