UPDATED: After a number of visits, the service keeps declining. Such a shame. Today I learned that youmy have to triple clarify what you want done, and even after doing so, they'll still not do it - and charge you full price anyways!!! They never clarify anything, don't ask when you drop off what specifically you want (today was supposed to be nail trim and teeth cleaning) and when they only did two nails and a tooth brush (lighter than a cleaning) they'll still want to charge you full price for both services. I'm over it, multiple disappointing visits. On to somewhere new, not that anyone at this place will notice or care.
ORIGINAL: Pretty solid place, convenient, parking not terrible if that's your thing, but street only. Pup wasn't a huge fan, but that's not their fault. He suffered through a bath, nail trim, and squirrel chomper polish and came out smelling very un-dog like afterwards. Mission accomplished. Prices not terrible for city living (about $140 all in), and they have a good selection of treats and such. Haven't tried the pup bakery side yet, hear it's good though.

Quintessential local shop and K9 groomer and bakery. My dog gets bathed there all the time and he looks and smells great when he is done. He doesn't get cuts. Their retail selection is solid and the baked goods are nice -- according to my pooch. Staff are nice.

Great service! My pup left looking like a million bucks. The spa package is definetly worth the 80$

I have had my 13 yr old labradoodle Kona groomed there almost exclusively for a decade. Krista the owner is awesome. Super helpful and friendly staff. They carry all the best brands and an awesome line of high quality dog food, etc. Highly recommend!

We have an older dog who is very fearful of new situations. Robyn, the groomer, was very patient and did as much as he would allow her. Great place, great staff. Highly recommend this place!
