This Dollar Tree has quite a selection of items and it's bigger than other Dollar Trees I've visited. I got each of these really pretty blue and gold as well as pink and gold storage fabric bins for a dollar. I guess the price increase to 1.25 hasn't happened at this store yet as of today 11/28.
They are keeping rotten breads with fungus, expired weeks ago. And there are even bugs in some packets. Multiple packets are like that. Be cautious ehen you buy bakery items. However, staffs are friendly.
Clean, well organized, great customer service, and I always find what I need. Good quality items. All items are more than $1, plus tax. I don't buy any of the food here,,but if you ever do, look at the expiration date.
Although there are items that are now more than a $1, as a crafter, it is still cool stuff. Really interesting, "decent quality"seasonal items that I would not have expected; go check it out. You could decorate your entire home with just Dollar Tree items. I wish I had taken photos to share!
They have a great selection of gardening supplies that I haven't found in other Dollar Trees. Lots of free parking.
This place needs better inventory and product stock notifications. They lack the ability to know what products they have on hand. We called regarding a specific product which they told us they had and would hold for us, however when we arrived to the store and spoke directly with management on duty they did not have the product anywhere in the store nor was it held as they stated to us verbally. So basically a waste trip. Dollar Tree gotta to better. The online site is completely off with inventory that is instore as well. They need to Learn and know the product and items they have.
Dollar Tree is a wonderful and economic store; however, the main and perhaps only issue is customer service. The cashier a large black female was having a loud and full conversation as she was checking customers before us and whilst checking us out! What's even more shocking is that the manager an older white male was right behind her stocking some items while she was loudly speaking through her bluetooth. Honestly, no one is expecting to be treated as if to be shopping at a luxury store but the least employees at the register can do or if management would enforce is act with manners and keep cellphones FAR AWAY as possible when interacting with customers/ when at work.
A lot of great finds here. You cannot beat a buck for most of those items. I wish this store was more organized and better stocked. There is no frozen food section and you cannot take your cart outside, otherwise the wheels will lock. Also, it is very rude to text in front of customers when you are ringing them up. Wait until you are not with customers to be on your phone!! I worked in customer service for seven years, and would never do this.
I did not shop here today. I was at Burlingtons. I am sure Dollar Tree had something good inside for someone else. Why the 5 stars you ask? I am sure when I do go I will find what I need and the cashier will be pleasant. I think
Absolute worst customer service ever. I’ve worked in retail and restaurants for most of my Adult life and have never dealt with such a rude manager. I visited the store on Friday August 7th. While checking out, the register shut down while my card was inserted. The Cashier told me that it said approved but to wait and see if it went through. The manager Mr. Will had went into the office to check and later came out and told me that it had not gone through. So I then decided to pay cash. When I got to my car, I decided to check my bank account and it showed pending. I called to make sure that it would drop off. The Manager insisted that it would drop off by Monday. Saturday August 8th, the transaction posted on my bank account. I immediately went up to the store to ask for a refund for the transaction that I was overcharged for. The manager on duty told me to come back Monday and to talk to Mr. Will and that he works morning shifts. I called him first thing Monday morning to make sure that he would be there and to let him know I was getting off early from work in order to make it before he left. I brought my cash receipt and I printed out my bank statement showing the posted transaction. When I got there he told me there is nothing he can do and he gave me the corporate number. At this point I am beyond irritated but I still remained calm and nice. I went out to my car to call corporate. I never once even had an option to talk to a real human. It got my phone number and just says Goodbye! I go back inside to talk to Mr Will and explain that this is their mistake and that I just want a refund for the money I was charged extra. He continues to say that there is nothing he can do and then walks away from me and hides in the office. The worst part other than being out almost $40 is that not once did Mr Will apologize or even seem like he cared at all.
