Dollar Tree

The store apparently closes at 8:50 pm. The cashier kindly told me upon my arrival that dollar tree “was-closing”. I had to explain to the cashier the reason for my visit to shop there. The cashier then preceded to lock myself and a few other customers into the store. I told the cashier that I will report my experience to Corporate she told me to “tell them she is tried”. I never heard of a store turning down money. I think that Dollar tree should raise the pay for better customer service. And cut the cashiers and managers on duty tonight hours so they can both stay home and get some rest.

It looked well stocked from the window, unfortunately it was 11:30 and the doors were still locked. I guess that's how to keep inventory on the shelf. Would have loved to have gone in to shop.

Love the cashier store but the store is very very empty they don't really have a lot of stocks but they have friendly service and they're in season products are fully stocked

Was not expecting to see such disorder at 9:30 in the morning. Had to take my business elsewhere.

Very unorganized and poor customer service. Store was chaotic and looked like a tornado and a hurricane met up with each other.

8/28/22 I come here all the time but lately it's been extremely messy, like the workers aren't doing their job. It's ok to come and get whatever you need, but now don't expect to find it on a shelf, rather exlect to find it buried under other products

Nice shopping .. needs more stock sometimes or actually most of the times

The store needs to opening more cashier’s instead of have one operated the long lines. It should haves some workers putting the new shipping on shelves too. Instead walking through a jungle through them. I can say this Dollar Tree has much more than others in Houston location.

Very very unprofessional the two old lady’s at night always close the store a hour ahead of time and stand around doing nothing and walking to the corner store buying cigarettes and walking back and forth this is my third time coming and noticing this. They are the only store that does that. If you are closing early adjust your times online instead of lying or just messing around on dollar trees time very unacceptable. Make me wanna shop else where never seen a place such unprofessional.
