Domino's Pizza

Pizza is great! But customer service . I usually go to another location but this location was convenient at this time. I used Curbside delivery option. Staff got upset because I didn't park right on front of store and stopped the 2 minutes timer and no free pizza was awarded. I didn't know what was happening except that it took longer than 2 minutes. This was yesterday night around 9pm. I guess the Curbside delivery things it not what is advertised. I'm disappointed at the service.

The food is always good. We've ordered many deliveries over the last several months. Only once did we get a pizza made wrong. I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 with pepperoni, 1 without. All 3 came with pepperoni. I'm vegetarian, so now I have no food. I called the store, irritated and with some attitude. Even though I was a bit rude, the gal on the phone was very nice. She admitted that she remembered making them and acknowledged that she made the mistake. They sent us the correct pizza and I had food!

I have had a few bad experiences with this branch but they are close and cheap so I kept trying. Last time I ordered the order arrived in a little over two hours and was cold. The app let me know my order was in the car and "on it's way" for over 40 minutes. When I tried reaching out through the app it kept crashing and when I called the branch they said I had 19 hours to file a claim because apparently Domino's costumers work for them and not the other way around and since it's been longer than that there was nothing they could do and slammed the phone in my face. How do you charge $6 for a delivery fee and keep one delivery person when you are running over 2 hours behind?? I have gotten nothing but really bad service and mediocre food from them at best, I like Domino's, I order from them often, this branch is the worst I've come across in every way possible.

Dominos brought the wrong order. Delivery guy says he is going to run back and grab it. 40 minutes later, I call the store and they thought I received my order. Almost 2hrs from order, I still don't have any food and I have to hassle them otherwise they would have forgotten me and taken my money. Round 2, they delivered. Wrong order again. The long wait and another call to the store. This time I had to pick it up. I should of pressed for my pre paid tip and delivery refund but I didn't want to be that guy making a scene inside the store. Dominos, you are dead to me.

Pizza the way I like it in fifteen minutes. Words of advice, instead of your typical marinara tomato paste. Explore the large variety of other options. For example my favorite is the white garlic butter parmesan sauce. Or check out these picture of this creamy alfredo pasta sauce I ordered on my large 3 topping pizza for just $7.99. And believe me folks it taste as good as it looks.

Disappointed. They advertised 7.99 per each take out. They said not any more. Charged me 32 dollars for one med pizza and one 8 piece hot wings. Hardly any ingredients on the pizza. Got home and the advertisement is on tv.

I'm a contractor so I work all over town in people's homes. I get Dominos a lot and today I got my order made by Kathrine and it was perfect,! Not burnt or uneven toppings at all. I will be doing my best to order from this location as much as possible

They forgot my sauses. When I called they said it was in the box. Here is a picture of what I got. When I told them I didn't get it, they told me I did and the manger Chris said he saw his crew put it in the box and all they can do is refund me a 1.50. So not only did i get my order get messed up they sat there and argued with me about it saying I was wrong. By far this is the worst Domino's I have ever experienced. This store needs to do better at customer service.

Dominoes does pizza right! Love how fast you deliver and you always take care. Our food is good. You always make it right in the rare case something was missed. We appreciate you!

Horrible customer service, the one lady with the chip in her teeth has no manners and always gets orders wrong.
