Pizza Hut

This is by far my worst Pizza Hut experience ever! This place is a joke. And I've eaten at a large number of Pizza Hut locations. The order took well over an hour to be delivered when the place is not that far away and I was outside waiting to see when someone was going to show up with the order and I saw the driver pull up in his car and he literally sat in front of my hotel not doing anything other than scrolling on his phone for 15 minutes before he even got out of the car. I called the restaurant and the manager could care less. Claims he's going to talk to the guy but I don't see that happening. It seems like just another day for them.

Great place to call ahead and take out classic Pizza Hut pizza. While not the nationwide institution Pizza Hut once was, their pies are still as tasty as ever and compete with any other pizza place on price and quality. Prepare your pizza fast and having it hot and waiting for you when you drive over to pick it up.

I ordered pizza for my family last night at the Pizza hut on Sandy boulevard 8247 Northeast Sandy boulevard Portland Oregon the pepperoni pizza who was so greasy that I couldn't eat it my son broke a tooth on the pizza because it was overcooked and our second pizza they didn't even cut all the way through so it just ripped one we went to go eat itworst Pizza hut I've ever been to I will never order from this onethis one should be shut down the manager is very disrespectful to nastiest pizza I have ever 7-Eleven pepperoni pizza taste better then this Pizza hut I am very disappointed

Probably not completely their fault but I went there without calling to order pizzas and the oven was broken

The staff were extremely unfriendly and very dismissive. They also handed me the incorrect order and I had to drive back to exchange it. When I called on the phone to inform them of the mistake, they just said this is going to take a minute and just put me on hold. I drove back to the store instead and resolved the issue in person.

Never showed up with the pizza.. typical. Try for another pizza place. This is Portland there are SO MANY BETTER PIZZA PLACES here. I just thought it would have been quick but end up being completely the opposite. Prob about 2 hours and I had to call them! They were supposed to call when they were dropping it off. No call because they never showed up. Now I am just trying to get my money back. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

I ordered a pizza waited the estimated time I was given went to the store then the person working was extremely rude. Told me I still had 10 orders ahead of me and walked off. I understand if they are backed up but the order times should reflect that not have you come to a store for your food to not be ready and get crab service.

Took 1.5 hours to deliver. Pizza was sopping with grease. Boneless wings were soggy, greasy and had no sauce. The redeeming factor was the mini cinnamon rolls.

Fast service and very friendly. I ordered 6 pizzas, drove straight there, and the pizzas were just coming out of the oven, fresh and ready. Very nice people there.

My ticket # 56. I ordered 1 lg thin pizza it was cooked so much it the crust was almost burnt and it was dry hard to eat. Also had ordered 8 boneless Hawaiian Teriyaki wings. That is Not what I got..Whatever I got was spicy and gross could not eat it...Could not call store to get a replacement they had closed at 10 pm
