Pre-ordered so that my pie would be ready at a certain time. I wanted to walk-in and walk-out. When I came to pick-up my pie, it was missing the olives that I paid extra for had a receipt for showing my order and payment amout which I showed the clerk, who told me I didn't order them.... Then she proceeds to say if I want them I have to pay AGAIN! I wasn't going to argue with her because it was very apparent that there was a language barrier. I paid again. Got my olives and left. I only order pizza from you guys, ONLY. This has never happened to me before. I have a bad taste in my mouth now however and don't know what to do. I feel really frustrated.... Your pizza is amazing. Front staff however needs to be able to communicate with customers!?!?!?!?!? Parking: Visable parking lot, close to restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible

We arrived at 11:30 am on a Saturday morning. Ordered 3 slices of pizza. They were delicious. The bathroom was dirty. You have to use a code to enter the bathroom. There were lots of people in the video poker area. People were touching all the plastic glasses that were out for anyone to fill at the soda machine. The owner was there. He seemed like a nice guy. He does have his hands full with all the individuals that come and go and don't buy anything, but that has a lot to do with the area surroundings.
Very clean and tasty pizza spot in Southeast! The people working were super attentive and helpful and honestly they had me smiling and laughing at jokes the whole time I was in there, very nice change of pace from most of the “customer service” I’ve gotten elsewhere in Portland food was out quick, worth every penny and the cheesiness of the pizza was ninja turtle level yummy I will be making this my number 1 choice when it comes to pizza in Portland All the equipment and food preparation areas seem to be very tidy and well kept I drive past Schmizza everyday just about, I can’t believe I haven’t stopped in until now Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese tons of veggie choices even like potato broccoli and squash and some others i don’t usually see Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free pizza, fresh abundant veggies and perfect crust
The atmosphere was the best thing about this place and the fact that they serve Pepsi. They had sci-fi decor everywhere which was fun to spot! The girl that served us was a little lackluster in her customer service. And although the pizza was good, it was a bit greasy, and I was sad there was no pizza slice option with Italian sausage on it.
I have always been a big fan of Pizza Schmizza. I children were raised on it. The crust is perfect. Definitely my favorite, and the different types of pies is delicious and whimsical. When my son was little he loved the Spaghetti & Meatballs pizza... I eat here often, and have been for several years. The last visit, I tried the Cuban Pizza which is like a Cubano sandwich... OMG - it was delicious! I will always love, the Pepperoni, the Don Ho, and the Genoa are favorites, but I miss those old school originals - Spaghetti/Meatballs and Mac & Cheese. I love this place. Schmizza is a part of Oregon. It feels great knowing they weathered the hard times and are still here. Every time I come in, it brings back great memories. I highly recommend Schmizza for the pizza and the family memories you too can make here!
Wow, cool place, small inside but comfortable,.. good first time stop, meeting place easy going good pizza, some nice sides creative and fun. Space age sort joint, Star Wars all around atmosphere. Many beers and taps and alternate for the kids and sober drivers in the crowd. Don't miss this place. $$$ carry and handful, you're gonna need it. 2 beers $15.00 Wow! 20.oz still that's a tall price. Have fun,..

tl;dr - bad sanitation practices touching food with dirty gloves, person up front was clueless, person in the kitchen working hard trying to make orders and correct and direct person up front. Regretted going, will not go back. I placed an order online. I also called ahead to ask about slices available for the day. When I went to pick up my order at 5pm on a Saturday, I wanted to pick up 2 slices of cheese and a slice of pepperoni in addition to my online order. The person helping me said that they put one slice of cheese in and they would do the other two slices later. I was also waiting for them to finish making my online order. The person working hard on making pizzas in the kitchen area eventually asked the person up front what I was waiting for. After they said I was waiting for slices of cheese and pepperoni, the person in the kitchen told me that it would be at least 30 minutes for those slices as they were out! The person up front did not make that clear to me. I just took the one available slice. The person up front worked on ringing me up for the slice. They kept touching the screen and pushing the glasses up their nose with their gloved hands. After that, they went and finished packing up my order WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES! These gloves that had touched their glasses, their face, the register, then touched my food! They then started helping someone after me. They never finished ringing me up. The person behind me wanted a slice of cheese. Again the person up front didn't make it clear that it would be 30 minutes! At this point I asked if they wanted me to pay. The person up front then came back and finished ringing me up. I have no idea why it took so long to ring up!
